Keeping it classy and minimal today with a cute silky look!
I love how comfortable a good midi dress keeps me even under the summer heat.

As humans, we're easy to forget what we have and dwell on what is missing. Seeing the cup half empty for a higher % of times.
That's why it's so important to self reflect whenever you can and remind yourself of the 50% that is full and content.
So for this post, I just wanted to share some easy questions to hopefully remind you of happier moments and be gracious towards yourself. Especially with everything that's going on around the world, we need to first and foremost take good care of our body and mind if we want longevity in the change we make.
REFLECT
- How did this month go? Rate 1 - 5 (5 being greatest, and 1 being the least)
- List some Happy Moments from this month.
- List Lessons learned this month.
- How can you take what you've learned and improve next month?
- Things you're looking forward to this month?
- What is your focus/goals for the new month?
- How will you improve your wellbeing in the new month?
And before I leave, I'll also leave you this quote which always helps me when I feel a little defeated:
"Nothing is permanent. Everything is subject to change. Being is always becoming." ~ Buddha
Religion aside, I've always found this saying so freeing. It allows me to know that it's ok things aren't exactly going your way. Or the world seems a little chaotic around you. Cause just like how it changed into being what it is, it will also change out of it.
With that, I wish everyone a beautiful weekend ahead!
See you on Monday with another #Fitspo post!
Much love

This season I'm obsessed with the minimal Parisien look as I've mentioned in one of my previous posts.
And this look is definitely taking inspiration from it.
White, Khakis and brown tones are a must for me this summer.
Looking chic but staying comfortable is key!
